5W-50機油再次升級24小時耐力賽配方

德國油廠新上任亞洲區外銷部經理,這次向德國油廠訂購5W-50桶裝50G機油要求品質再升級,能像5W-60機油有24小時耐力賽配方,提升油品潤滑性與耐高溫.德國油廠同意已經完成配方升級,5W-50機油已經算不錯了長期下來還是不滿意.(5W-50機油成本又增加不少為了升級又漲價,這次貼標被刪除不少他不希望我們亂寫.)

5W-50 50G桶裝這次訂40桶,成本增加2拾幾萬.沒有油商要這樣作油品成本一直增加,幾乎都是降低成本增加利潤.原廠機油就是壓低進貨成本,從基礎油去要求最便宜的基礎油和添加劑.(景氣那麼差)

我們DLE機油長期一直在要求品質提升,給台灣店家與車主用到最好的基礎油與最新高科技賽車添加劑配方,原廠認證機油無法做到.(台灣進口油商不可能找到第二家像我們這樣堅持品質)

這次能拉近和5W-60機油品質距離,不要差太遠是豐恩企業長期努力改善品質的方向.以下是德國油廠外銷部經理的回覆:

Approvals of car manufacturers are mostly based on viscosities like 0W-30, 0W-40, 5W-20, 5W-30, 5W-40, etc. There are no approvals based on the viscosities 5W-50 and 5W-60. The standards for the two DLE oils are based on the performance level of the additive-package that’s added to the base oil. In combination with a 5W-50 and a 5W-60 viscosity, approvals are not possible anymore. Therefore, please make it clear, that the MB 229.52, BMW Longlife-04, VW 502 00/505 00 on the label are recommendations!

汽車製造商的認證大多以0W-30,0W-40,5W-20,5W-30,5W-40等粘度為基礎。

沒有以5W-50和5W-60粘度為基礎的認證。

DLE這兩種油的標準是根據基礎油中的添加劑的性能標準制定的。

結合5W-50和5W-60粘度,不再可獲得認證。

因此,請說明標貼上的MB 229.52,BMW Longlife-04,VW 502 00/505 00是建議!
